By creating an account or using RankForge ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service, which is provided free of charge. One account per user; agency use across unlimited client websites is permitted.

3. Acceptable use

• You may only promote websites and content you own or are authorized to promote.
• You must not use the Service for illegal content, malware, phishing or deception.
• You must comply with our Anti-Spam Policy.
• You may not resell, share or sublicense your account access.

4. Free access

RankForge is 100% free. There are no subscriptions, no payments, no renewals and no hidden fees. Simply create an account and every tool is unlocked.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party websites may change or block submissions; we continuously update our platform lists to compensate.

6. Results disclaimer

Search rankings depend on many factors beyond our control. We make no guarantee of specific ranking positions or timelines.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the free Service is limited to the minimum extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including search-engine penalties applied to third-party websites.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
